Spruced Up Buckatabon Old Fashioned Package $40
Celebrate and survive the season with this festive take on our traditional Old Fashioned which includes the cinnamon-apple laced Holiday edition of our Exclusive Buckatabon Brandy, along with Tattersall Cranberry liqueur, Lowlands bitters, and a hint of maple syrup.

Preparing for Your Reservation
What does a pre-booked reservation include?
Every pre-booked Lux Dome reservation includes a private dome for up to 6-8 guests for 90 minutes, a keepsake camp mug for each person to take home and enjoy, plus two free pre-booked beverage packages (serve up to 4 each) of your choice!
How many people can fit in a dome?
Each dome can seat up to 6-8 guests with bench seating. Additionally, there is one handicap accessible dome with room for a wheelchair.
When should we arrive for our reservation?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check-in prior to your 90-minute reservation time. If your party shows up late for your reservation, we unfortunately cannot extend the length of your rental.
Are there age requirements?
NEW: This year, guests of all ages can dine in the Lux Domes. It is our restaurant policy that only guests of or over the age of 21 are able to consume alcoholic beverages.
Are dogs allowed?
Similar to sled dogs of the Arctic that sleep outside of igloos, dogs are not allowed in the Lux Domes. Unfortunately, local laws prohibit us from allowing pets on our rooftop deck.
Are the domes heated? How should I dress?
These unique spaces are outfitted with infrared heating and fresh air recirculation. Please come dressed with a hat, gloves, and a few layers that you can adjust to your own individual comfort level. Heck, bring a snuggly blanket! If you’d like to readjust the heat in your dome, please ask your server for assistance.
Can I edit my food or drink selection after making the reservation?
Yes, you may add or delete any pre-ordered food or drink selections at any time before 24 hours of your reservation by emailing luxdomes@lowlandsgroup.com, making sure to include the booking confirmation number found in your original confirmation email.
During Your Reservation
Is smoking and vaping allowed inside the domes?
Absolutely not—it is prohibited by Wisconsin law. Any guest found smoking or vaping will be asked to leave immediately along with their entire party, with no refund granted. Open flames of any kind are also not allowed on the rooftop.
What happens if we damage the domes?
Our teams inspect and clean domes after every party, and may charge up to $200 if we find any damages after your visit. This includes damage to the interior, exterior, or decor.
Can I bring my own tunes?
Absolutely! There are bluetooth speakers in each Lux Dome for your use throughout the reservation. Please keep volumes at a reasonable level to not disrupt neighboring guests.
Can we bring outside food and drink?
No outside food or beverage is allowed. If caught sneaking food and beverages in, your reservation time is subject to an early end.
Can we order off the regular Café Benelux menu during our reservation?
Yes. In addition to the pre-booked packages, you also can order off the regular food and beverage menu during the first 45 minutes of your visit.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, & Payment
What if I need to reschedule?
As long as it is before 24 hours of your reservation and we have additional booking slots open, you may reschedule your reservation. You may modify your reservation by emailing luxdomes@lowlandsgroup.com, making sure to include the booking confirmation number found in your original confirmation email.
Cancellation policy
Yes, you may cancel your reservation for a full refund at any time before 24 hours of your reservation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or no-shows) will be charged the full amount, no exceptions. To request a cancellation, email us at luxdomes@lowlandsgroup.com, making sure to include the booking confirmation number found in your original confirmation email.
What happens in the case of inclement weather?
In the case of extreme cold, blizzards, or dangerous icy conditions, we may need to cancel reservations to ensure safety and your comfort level. In these cases, we will notify via email with an option to reschedule your booking or receive a complete refund. We will make every attempt to make the cancellations well in advance of your reserved time, but reserve the right to make fully-refunded cancellations in the case of emergent weather conditions at any time.
Can we split the cost on multiple cards or use a Lowlands gift card?
The online booking system requires a single credit card payment at the time of booking your reservation. When settling your final food and drink tab during your reservation, you may pay with a Lowlands Gift Card.
Does my payment earn Lowlands Rewards loyalty progress?
It sure does! The reservation payment may be applied towards Lowlands Rewards loyalty progress by uploading a picture of your booking receipt (sent via email) in the Lowlands Rewards app. Anything ordered and paid for during the reservation will apply to Lowlands Rewards loyalty as usual: if your card is linked it will automatically be applied to your loyalty progress, or you can take a picture of your receipt and upload it in the app.
